I hope you're all doing well! I had an interesting experience that I wanted to share, but forgot until I was reminded just now.


Some time ago, I was coming out of the grocery store with my youngest, and I had the strangest feeling that I was in a foreign land.

It was dark out, and warm, and there were a handful of people walking about, but not too many, I just got the sense that I was in a foreign land. Like how I felt when I was in another country last year. I chalked it up to the fact that it was quiet, and warm out while still dark.

Some time later, I was coming out of the grocery store with my youngest again, and I again had the strangest feeling that I was in a foreign land. It wasn't bad or anything. It's just that the only time I could remember feeling like that is when I have been in another country, on vacation. I again chalked it up to the fact that it was quiet, dark (except for the parking lot lights) and warm (dark usually means cold here.)


Some time later - so a third time now - I was coming out of the grocery store on my own this time, and I once AGAIN had that feeling as if I was in a foreign land. Very strong, very real. THIS is now the THIRD time this happened, and now I am paying attention. Now I am turning toward my Lord, wondering what this means (rather than dismissing it or 'chalking it up' to what I think it must be.)


As soon as I turn to my Lord, I understand in the spirit that I am in a foreign country. My Lord's Kingdom is from another place, and HE is my King, and that is the Kingdom to which I belong.

From Hebrews 11:

All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth. 14 People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. 15 If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. 16 Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.


This is what I have been feeling (or rather hearing, but it took 3 times for me to listen.) This is the reminder that I received in the spirit.

I am a foreigner on the earth. I belong to my dear Lord, and to my dear Father, and it is their Kingdom that is my 'country.'


Wow.

Praise JAH and His Son, Jaheshua!

May anyone who wishes them be given ears to hear, so as to hear as the Spirit and the Bride say to YOU, "Come!" And may anyone who wishes and anyone who thirsts, "Come! Take the free gift of the water of Life!"

Greetings and peace to you, dear, dear TAMS!

All is/has been well with me and mine and I hope the same is true for you, hubs, the young men... and ALL here along with their households.

Based on the way you state it, I'm not sure if you're sharing a dream, vision, or physical experience. Whichever way, I am VERY glad you received clarity and remembered to share with us.

But... YES... as to all - I, myself, am aware as to the kingdom, IT being our country and, as seed of the Jerusalem Above, OUR being "alien residents" in regard to this world. For our dear Lord did say that HIS kingdom is NO part of this world. I am personally grateful that it isn't, given today's politics (OY VEY!).

And while it IS hard, sometimes, not to have an opinion or even not to jump on some political wagon, even in thought, NOT being part of this world makes times like the current one MUCH easier to exist in and cope with, IMHO. Listening to people, watching them orate or interview on TV/in the streets/on social media... reading all of the propaganda and rhetoric in news feeds/online, etc... the STRESS so many have right now! And rightly so, for so many whose countries are being guided by human hubris into crime, war, famine, revolt... not to mention the other atrocities humans keep committing against their fellow humans - OY. VEY.

Praise JAH that ALL of that is exclusive to THIS world... and one to which WE don't belong[/]! So, for us, it can be similar (and helpful!) to our view of folks in individual countries/regions: we HATE what you're undergoing but that's what you get when you look to fellow humans as kings and leaders - remember, they have a rightful "due" bestowed on them by the Father Himself.

Due to several factors in my life (i.e., my gender, my culture's history, treatment I've received in relation to both, from foe AND "friend"), though, I've [i]never felt more than an iota like I "belonged" here: something has always been "off." That is partly why JWs were even able to reach me.

I cannot express my gratitude at learning, first as a JW (about being "no part of this world,"), but more accurately from our dear Lord himself, though, that we aren't even of this world (it is our "Egypt" and "Canaan"), but of the "seed" that was sown by the Father IN it.

Like an immigrant holding a temporary visa, knowing[i] this helps to have me to have empathy for those OF this "country" (the world) who are suffering while not getting involved or entangled in whatever [i]their leaders, beliefs, cultures, religion, politics, traditions, pursuits, etc., put upon them.

Otherwise, well, I can see how it IS "he'll on earth" for some. Many.

So, thank YOU, again, for sharing this with us... and all praise to our heavenly Father and, of course, our dear, DEAR Lord for allowing you to do so.

May the undeserved kindness and mercy of our dear Father, JaH Who Breathes... and the love and peace of His most precious and BLESSED Son, our dear Lord, Master, Savior, Guide, Teacher, Instructor, Redeemer, Shepherd, and Leader... the Father’s King and ours... JaH'eShua... the HOLY One of Israel, Holy Spirit, and Chosen One of JaH... be upon you, dear sister... and upon you ALL and your entire household, to time indefinite!

Let EVERY living, breathing thing praise JaH!

It was a physical experience, and I also am grateful for the clarity and the reminder! Trying - trying - to stay AWAKE (at least as long as possible)!

Glad all is well with you and your families. Thank you both for sharing. Knowing we are "temporary alien residents" not OF or FROM this source takes a lot of stress off of us as to this worlds turmoil and anguish.

And not "putting our truth in nobles nor in the sons of earthling man" while "man dominates man to his own injury" day after day comes with a peace of mind and spirit that only JAH and Christ can give.

So thank you both for the reminder!
