Ms.Cleo was a black woman with a Jamaican accent that used to have television commercials to call her psychic hotline. As time went by her accent got heavier and heavier.

LOLOLOL . . . I don't think THAT Ms. Cleo is the Ms. Cleo Shelby was talking about. The "Cleo" Shelby was alluding to was her daughter in the photograph made up to appear as some sort of queen--Nefertiri or Nefertiti or "Cleo" as in Patra. And look where you peeps take it. LOLOLOL
