Peace to you all! For those who have not given up/tired out, may JaH and Christ give you the courage to publicly proclaim your obedience and the faith and strength to endure any opposition, should such occur.

Not that it will - the WTBTS' new course seems to be, "Hell, let's face it - we really ARE just another religion so we might as well act like it. Weve lost most of our publishing revenue; we can't afford to lose "donations/contributions," too! So, let's not bother anyone any more."

Which is the way ALL religions go, eventually.

That... and "Besides, we can't afford any more law suits."

So, tonight should be a piece of cake, a mere walk in the park.

Take heart... and may JaH and Christ bless and keep you, tonight, and to time indefinite!

Your servant, sister, and a slave of Christ,

Shel

10:30pm??!!! Yikes (and thanks for sharing that, dear HTBO - peace, lyvee!).

My usual bedtime these days is 7:30-8:30pm, so I have problems just making (and sitting ALL THE WAY THROUGH) the just-after-sundown meetings.

Man... I'm literally {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{SHUDDERING}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} thinking about those Book Study and Theocratic/Kingdom School meetings!

May you have peace!

Nothing really new this year on my end. Same talk outline as ever. No attempts at opposition like last year, lol (the one elder who tried to make me go into the back of the small room last year just sort of gave a small smile and nod this year). Their memorial was in a different hall this year also, and the only seats left by the time I got there were at or near the front. I was able speak a little with one woman I have spent a bit of time speaking with over the past year. She is very forceful though, I had to work to get some words in, lol.

I will say that it is a blessing to be able to go and do this. I had hoped that someone else might eat the bread (and drink the wine), but if anyone did, I did not hear or see it.

I wanted to mention one thing though.

So, almost every year that I have gone (that I can remember) I am seated next to a child (or I am seated next to their parents, and the children are on the other side of them). Either someone directs me to that seat or I take an empty seat where there are no children, and then people come and sit around me with their children.

This year, the little guy (four or five) is asking his mom, is that REAL bread? She says yes. Is that REAL wine?

So it comes time to pass the bread and then the wine, and of course he sees me eat and drink. I can see her out of the corner of my eye, kind of trying to keep him quiet or explain this to him. Then he speaks up (in a loud whisper) and he asks, Will I be able to eat and drink one day?

I don't know what she said to him, but my heart was just... I don't know, I think I have no words... but that dear dear little one. He wanted to eat and drink also (if not that day, then one day).

(Now I just understood something... I had earlier asked my Lord that if someone did hear Him and did want to say yes TO Him, that they might be given the courage to eat and drink of Him, if possible. As I said earlier, I did not see or hear anyone else eat or drink... but the spirit has reminded me that this dear little one did the best that he COULD do at this time, by asking out loud (and others definitely heard him) if he would be able to eat and drink one day. Praise JAH.)

That is all until later, I think, it is very late and I am off to bed.

Peace and love to you all, and to your dear households,
your servant and a slave of Christ,
tammy

Peace to you all and to your dear households! Thank you for sharing that, dear Tams (peace to you, my dear, dear sister!). OMG... the first thing that came to my mind when reading about your little aislemate is where our dear Lord was recorded to have said:

"Do not stop the little children from coming to me!"

That scenario right there is what he meant! Even so, if he belongs to Christ, he will eat and drink at some point (John 10:รท-5, 16, 27) so no need for us to worry - our dear Lord has him; remember, he doesn't lost any except the Adversary.

As for me, I posted last night... well, tried to... but took so long the board signed me out and I lost the post. It was late and waaaay past my bedtime so I didn't have it in me to start again then but will share now.

Of course, nothing "new" to report. Well, maybe the very noticeable "reaction" of one nice couple. "She" came over and introduced herself ("he" came later). Very nice (and "good-looking," of course) both, and the topic of discussion was languages. They had spent 5 years associating with a Hindi congregation because she wanted to learn a new language. She is of Hispanic background and so, because Hindi and Spanish sentence structure is similar, she was able to pick it up (but has since lost it as they left 2 years ago and she hasn't used it since - I suggested she watch subtitled Bollywood movies but she said she's really no longer interested). He is Philipino and understands but does not speak Tagalog; however, he was never able to grasp Hindi, which is why they ultimately left pursuing that language

I shared with them that dear Hubby (peace, luv!) speaks Spanish quite well , as well) , has a decent grasp of French, and understands when reading Italian, Latin. Hebrew, and Greek, and that while I can speak and read Spanish, I understand only if its spoken slowly (the latter which the husband said was the case with him, too), but understood Hebrew and Greek as I was taught along by Christ.

Somehow, I don't think they heard or grasped this last part... or maybe they did... because at some point, "she" and dear Hubby were talking and they both laughed. *He" and I were talking about telling people speaking Spanish to us "Mass despacio, por favor!" ("Much slower, please!") and missed what had been said so I asked them what had happened.

So, dear Hubby related how "she" had shared a (typical) JW scenario where the speaker had asked the audience to pick out their favorite scripture then all at once to speak it out loud... and his comment as to the resultant cacophony of sound, all garbled and no one really knowing what the others had said... but "Jehovah" being able to hear them ALL... individually... and understanding each one separately... and that it was "the same with him 'understanding' ALL languages all over the world!" You know, the whole miraculous "miracle" of that, of God being able to understand every language.

I didn't have the heart to tell her the analogy was flawed (ummmm... these people were all speaking the SAME language, dear) - I got the point. But they apparently had problems when I made my next three points:

1. "Well, of course, God (meaning JaH, not 'Jehovah') would understand every language - He created them at Babel, right?"

An awkward pause as I could the, "Wait, what?" as their brains turned that over. Their speech stuttered. I continued:

2. "And isn't that what happened with the outpouring of holy spirit, the early Body were able to speak to people in, what, 12, 15 different languages?"

At this point, dear Hubby weighs in with, "Yes, they were able to speak a lot of languages at (and joined him and we both said) Pentecost!"

Now, I pretty sure dear Hubby missed it but I absolutely saw something "glitch" in their eyes (and so I assume their brains) when I said the words "holy spirit." Like someone listening eagerly and then another, larger, more confused "Wait, what!?"

I readcfrom Acts Chapter 2 for them about the many languages the early Body was given to speak and said something along the lines of reiterating that God not only created language but could grant to any He wished to speak any of them.

[Sidenote: At that point, my Lord reminded me of why Paul said one might be given the gift to prophesy while another the gift to interpret - that one could share about Christ in a new language didn't mean s/he understood the language; Christ is simply speaking through them, using their bodies. You might recall me sharing this kind of occurrence with me and another some years ago - she was speaking but didn't understand. I did and was allowed to interpret. End digression.]

Well, although they read along, their eyes following my finger, I could hear... and yes, LITERALLY... their ears CLOSE! I kid you not. It was a sound like a very soft "sucking" then it was like I was in their heads and all sound was muffled. But... I wasn't to stop, yet. So, I continued:

3. "And doesn't it say in Revelation that there would be people out of every nation... tribe... and tongue?"

These poor, poor people. It was as if not only had they never experienced someone reasoning beyond them... but never even allowed place for the possibility. Of course, the fact that they had both been "Pioneers" (he for some 30 years, she said, and she giving up ever having children to "engage fulltime in the preaching work"), most probably lended itself to this.

My point is... no wonder atheists disdain religion. And especially ones like this one where the members are (mis)led to believe they are SO "smart," smarter than ANYONE... because they "have/are in the trooth"... yet, the simplest of truths, truths they should KNOW, cause them to "stumble." True, we know Christ is a stumbling block but I will tell you, if I am putting myself out there as an "expert," I would at least try to know the basics. And these truths about God and languages are basic. Not even anti-WTBTS. How can you "Pioneer"... FOR 30 YEARS... and not make THAT connection... or glitch over when it is made??

My heart just... broke... for these two WTBTS "educated" people... and pretty much everyone else in that room.

But otherwise:

- Went... check.

- Listened to the regurgitated lies... check.

- Felt my heart breaking for those poor people... check.

- Ate and drank... check.

- Felt heart break more as speaker garbled out pure nonsense during the passing of the bread and wine intentionally in order to keep the people distracted... from hearing (from Christ) the invitation TO eat and drink... and focused on HIS (the speaker's) voice (!!!!!!!!!)... check.

Was led by my Lord to speak with the speaker afterward about his assertions as to "who" should eat/drink (shared John 5:48-58), who "go to heaven" and what they do (shared Revelation 5:9, 10; 7:15), and "discussed" why, if we disagree with WTBTS teachings we were there (Me - "Why do you go door to door?" He - "We are sent to share the truth/good news!" Me - "Same thing, except we are sent to you!" He - "Do you go to the Catholic meetings and take their Mass?" Hubby - "We haven't been sent there, yet, but we will if we are", etc., etc.)... check.

Completion of attendance at 2019 Jehovahs Witnesses "Memorial"... check.

Onward... to 2020.

Continuing courage and strength to you all, and may the undeserved kindness and mercy of my Father, JAH, the MOST Holy... and the love and peace of His Son, the Holy One of Israel and Holy (Spirit), my dear Lord, JAHESHUA, the Chosen One of JAH ("MischaJaH"), be upon you all... and upon your dear households.

May you have ears to hear... and courage to obey... whenever that (Holy) Spirit and his Bride say to YOU:

"COME! Take my (Life's) water... the holy spirit and life-giving blood (and breath and seed) of the MOST Holy... which has been pour into and granted to be poured out into anyone WISHING and THIRSTING from the HOLY... the Son... FREE!"

KISS... THE SON!

Your servant, sister, and a slave of Christ,

Shel

Hello everyone and peace to you all,

Yes! Another season has come and gone. It is heartbreaking yes to watch how "dead" asleep these folks truly are. And yet, they like it this way!

Dear HTBO Wow! I didn't think they ever would do a 10:30 memorial. That's just crazy. 9:00 pm was hard enough as we got out at 10:10 ughhh!

Tams, so glad to hear about the young one and the fact his little heart wanted to partake. Ooh how they shut it up, but as Shel mentioned ( peace to you) JAHeshua knows him and won't lose him. He will if he belongs to Christ.

Our visit was very UNeventful. Easy no opposition but not a hello or greeting from anyone. It's okay I tried to keep eye contact and smile with as many as I could.

Lots of new faces. Demonized the bread and wine so even if you entertained the thought of partaking you would feel like an idiot if you attempted.

But I am overjoyed that hubby and I was able to go. What a privilege to be an ambassador for Christ lovingly demonstrating what he told us to do in John.

Well, the time is coming very soon where they empathize there will be no reason to have a memorial. So until that time, may Jah and Christ's will be done!

Love you all,
May JAH and JAHeshua bless you and your households and grant you their peace always,

Your sister fellow servant and slave of Christ,
kim
