A point of clarification on moderators then... just to clarify and nothing more, truly:

Moderators are not necessarily neutral on issues... they are just meant to be neutral on helping to enforce the rules of the forum, regardless of the issues, according to this forum. Plus, mods work together to do this, in the hopes that the lack of neutrality on certain issues, does not impede the fairness and neutrality of forum rules.

So, Char can hurl insults that are really reprehensible and nasty, and it's ok, cos we can't all be 'nice' all the time? I don't think so. Calling Shelby 'wicked' was worse that not being nice. Calling the body of Christ as was referenced, was beyond not being nice. Suggesting I was 'spiteful' was totally unacceptable. Where are the people hating attacks now, I wonder? Do you silent ones think that this stuff isn't hurtful? But if we react, we are reprimanded for attacking?

Char, you make me ashamed to be British by your example of our nation. Your adoration for the RCC has diminished your love for Christ and prompted you to attack lovers of Him, because their truth challenges that doctrine. Maybe you should examine this. But I won't hold my breath.

I have actually not done any of those things, with the exception that I tactlessly spoke the blunt truth on one.

You seem to lack any objectivity. It's a great limitation for you, and I suppose a disability. Lacking that basic ability you have no way to observe yourself, and so project your own feelings on the most apparent Aunt Sally, which on this forum happens to be me.

I am uncomfortable for you, yes, because I am not deceived, and I tend to tell it like it is. But though you can, and no doubt will continue to hurl accusations, as I've said before, it's merely water off a duck's back, as even a small child could see through it.

I merely observe in amusement.

I fail to understand how one can be amused, knowing that someone else is in pain, regardless of whether one thinks the source of the pain is valid or contrived. I fail to understand how that is love.

I think the above is what can be and has been observed here... by even a small child.

For the record, I do not adore the Catholic Church. As a Catholic, my adoration, prayers, worship, faithfulness, love and devotion are all focused on Christ alone, for to Him and to the Father, in the unity and fellowship and love of the Spirit are due all honour and power and glory and blessing, for now and for all ages to come.

My sister, let me clarify at least from my perspective.

Love and honesty are more important than being nice when speaking and sharing the CHRIST.
It many times is not received as niceness because people think CHRIST always was nice.
Imagine how " un nice" he came off to the Pharisees, even the apostles many times.
But it still was TRUTH and some not most received it when they got past themselves and looked in the mirror honestly.

With reference to Char and the comments that she has made and insinuated to you now and in the past...they were not nice! And they were not rooted in truth when she personally attacked and questioned your faith as a body member. I do notice she isolated you many times when even I said some of the same things. My goodness, everyone should know by now that I am not promoting the RCC as an alternative to the WTBS. I'd be lieing if I said I did not compare many times the WT to the RCC and how and why they are similar in many ways just "different forms of worship"

But I do not understand why Char has made this personal with you, I am deeply sorry. I hope please and pray for peace between you two. Don't have to agree!
