Thank you Shelby for your condolences.

It is his family so I am not included in the Goodbyes and funeral but I do feel bad for John having to experience the pain of losing his Mom. We have been together for 10 years but I get the idea that he has not dealt with insisting I am included in his family because of his Mom and her old fashioned ideas about him being separated from his wife. His family will not allow me to come to any family functions so its like I don't exist. He didn't want to rock the boat by insisting and upsetting his Mom. Maybe that will change once the estate is settled and he gets his inheritance.
