Peace to you!


Some time ago, my Lord Jaheshua, the Chosen One of Jah, the Holy One of Israel, said to me that even the Adversary used scripture to tempt and try to mislead even Him (Christ):

"If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down. For it is written: 'He will command command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.' "


So it should not be surprising that those to whom the Adversary gives his power TO (revelation 13:4), also use scripture (or anything written in the bible) to prop up their OWN doctrines and teachings, in order to try and mislead those who seek Christ and so Truth. To turn, if possible, those who are seeking and/or those who belong to Christ away from the Truth and toward them and their rules and their false version of the truth instead. (Hmm... Just as the Adversary tried to do when he also tempted Christ with the kingdoms of the world, if He would only bow down and worship him (the adversary) instead.)


But we are not to follow men... but only to follow Christ. To look to Him. To listen to Him. And if anything contradicts HIM - no matter what authority or understanding men claim for themselves - then it contradicts truth, and so is not from Christ, or God.


May those who need to hear, hear... and those who wish to hear be granted ears to do so.

And may anyone who wishes and anyone who thirsts, hear as the Spirit and the Bride says to you, "Come... take the gift of the water of life, free!"

Which is why our Lord Jaheshua by means of his Father is softening continually our hearts so that the law is written on it. No longer to be on stone or in books, Bibles etc....just on hearts that listen completely to the Son.

YES!! as to both of your comments, dear sisters (peace to you, both!). Not only does he use the scriptures, but remember, "even spirits wish to peer into" the things given US. They can peer into the things written (they even KNOW most of them because they existed BEFORE being written (by man))... but the things of the SPIRIT they cannot. Because Christ stands in the way!!
