I don't have blue eyes so I am not related to you if you have blue eyes so don't worry.
I am related to my daughter and son though and they have blue eyes.

Blue eyes are a recessive gene apparently. My Dad had blue eyes, my first husband had blue eyes ( he is the Father of all my children). My 2 first born children have blue eyes but the next 3 did not have blue eyes, 2 have hazel eyes like mine and one has brown eyes.

In any case it's interesting though maybe not as interesting as how we can tell so much about our ancestors because of our DNA and blood.

Huh? I have hazel eyes, more green than brown.

I have grey eyes.

What does that mean? My husband had blue eyes. My mother had grey eyes and my father had brown eyes. My sister has green eyes....

Of my children, they are a mostly mix of various shades of brown from light to dark, almost green, and also blue eyes. (Large family.)
