A new parody 'law' by the Hungarian regime makes all of us criminals! The 'law' forbids anyone to photograph other people in public without their written consent. So You are a tourist and visit Hungary and take a photo outdoors, let's say at a square where are hundreds of people, the police will come and arrest you and imprison you. The regime is beating people at a protest and you photo the cops beating people which is a crime to use as proof you are imprisoned for violating the law A governmental official is committing a crime and you photo him for proof you are imprisoned. ... F*** your f*****g Laws! ANARCHY RULES! |

Seems a bit complicated, doesn't it... at least to enforce? I know that we have some laws about needing permission, at least to publish (I think, I am not a lawyer), and it seems that Hungary already had a law in place that prevented publishing photos without permission of each person in the photo (which I imagine people get around by blurring faces if they can't find the people). Plus, if you're a photographer, and you are taking photos of people in real life situations, asking them permission first (as opposed to afterward) is going to take away the naturalness, the spontaneity.
