3 Cops ended in the hospital after being bitten by a dog at Ampelokipi.
(The cops attempted to arrest its owner who was drunk and shouting and threatening people with his dog. The dog gave them a fair treatment!).

Well, if the owner was threatening people with his dog, he needed to be arrested, and the dog taken into custody. The owner probably isn't getting out of jail anytime soon, as I imagine that is assault on an officer (3). Sad, especially for the dog. Peace, tammy |

How can it be an assault on an officer? The owner didn't order the dog to attack the policemen. The dog got pissed of by the policemen 'threatening its master' and attacked them. The owner is responsible for the acts of his dog but there is no intention here. For what he could get a prison term is threatening the people with his dog. But again he can exploit the fact that he was drunk and so had no control of his actions. So he will make it with only a few months and bail out. BTW, what do you think will happen to the dog? |
