You GOTTA be kidding me! Seriously? I mean, I can understand accidentally charging him as a member of the family, but for someone to actually follow through on that, fingerprinting him? Seriously. It's a terror tactic, that's all. It's the same thing drug dealers use: 'don't cross us or we won't just take it out on you, we'll hit your whole family!' There's no real way to beat a tactic like this; no matter how many of the close family manage to hide, there's always some relative to be found...and hurt. Good way to keep people in line, eh? AB |

Why didn't they charge it for throwing his milk bottle? If it is made of glass it is a lethal weapon! At least the idiot officer will face justice. |

I think a lot end up in Europe, too, dear HTBO (peace to you, luv!). Wherever their is [relative] freedom, work... food. As any of us probably would, too... in order to save our families. Whether legally or illegally... and especially if it's just across a strip of land/body of water. Refugees from war, famine, disease, etc., do it all the time. Have been since almost the beginning of man. Those of us who live in America should not only be grateful (for the most part) that we DO... but a lot more understanding of why others might want to come here... and what they will put themselves through/undergo to get here. Imagine, if what occurs elsewhere did HERE... and we were prevented from moving to where we might have a better life due to paperwork, etc. I can only answer for me: paperwork most probably wouldn't stop me. I can't imagine that if we were to become severely persecuted HERE for, say, our belief in Christ, we wouldn't "flee" to another city, even in another country. Even if that country had rules/laws that possibly would prevent us from entering "legally." Sometimes we (man) do what we have to... to survive. Peace! YSSFS of Christ, Shellamar |
