Nothing else and no one else. NO ONE. No Pope, no priest, no "saint," no GB, no "elder," no pastor, no reverend, no rabbi, no cardinal, no bishop, no mother... wait for it... "superior" (you are familiar with that term, yes?). You know, all THOSE folks who need THEIR "superiority" acknowledged...
