I have a tattoo on my back and I want more. Ankle, side of hip. They are very addictive lol

I love them because they represent your passion and creativity. Each one has a special meaning and I love the thought of having your flesh covered in art :-)

If I wasn't old Watersprout I'd have a pretty one on the back of my neck. A flower and some words maybe. As it is I think older women look a little sad with tattoos, so I will resist it, lol. Enjoy yours girl!

Loz x

I do like tattoos and some look really great... but I am a wimp... AND... I don't trust myself to continue to like something on my body for the rest of my life.

So, no tattoos for me. Hubby has a few though. My sister has a couple as well. But none for me.

Peace,
tammy

So funny (peace to all!). My son and I had this very discussion yesterday: he is planning on masking over his tattoo (that he got when he was 21-22 and no longer likes)... with another tattoo. You KNOW I "recommended"... "something with 'Mom'" - LOLOLOL! I don't have the courage to get a tat (the pain! the pain!)... but if I ever acquired it (the courage)... I might consider the word "Tranquility". I think I could live with that word on my body... "forever."

Peace... and make sure you dear ones go to reputable shops... that it's clean... and that they use LOTS of antiseptic! LOLOL!

Shellamar, on her own...

Speaking of tats you might not want to have forever (peace to you all):

I know a couple who had "wedding rings" tatted on their fingers instead of wearing rings. They're divorced now.

If you tat a love's name on your body (excl. child/parent), I'm thinkin' that even if you don't get divorced but perhaps become widowed, it's gotta be hard for any new spouse/love (should there be one) to have the constant reminder. No matter how much you "reassure" them that you love THEM now... it's gotta be an issue at some point. Why put 'em through it?

Just a thought... but whatever floats one's boat!

Peace!

A slave of Christ,

Shellamar, who thinks she'll just wait for his "tat" to show up on her (Revelation 14:1) - just kidding - LOLOLOL!
